TSRS readiness assessment
We assess your existing sustainability data systems against TSRS requirements.
REPORTING / TSRS
We turn climate and sustainability risks into assurance-ready reporting, clearly connected to their financial effects.
Governance · Strategy · Risk · Metrics
The Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS), issued by Türkiye’s Public Oversight Authority (KGK), are aligned with IFRS S1 and IFRS S2. Reporting obligations depend on the type of entity, the relevant reporting period, and the scope, thresholds and exemptions in force. Your company’s position should be assessed against the latest KGK requirements.
Finar supports you throughout the TSRS reporting process. Our work goes beyond producing the report: we help you assess risks and opportunities, establish appropriate governance, identify the metrics to measure and set relevant targets.
Scope and thresholds may change between reporting periods. This link takes you to KGK’s current requirements.
01 / WHAT WE DO
We assess your existing sustainability data systems against TSRS requirements.
We help establish board-level sustainability oversight and the policies and documentation that support it.
We identify sustainability- and climate-related risks and opportunities, and assess their effects on your business model, decision-making and value chain.
We model the effects of identified risks and opportunities on the financial statements and express them in concrete financial terms.
We assess climate resilience using international scenario frameworks, including NGFS and RCP.
We identify metrics for risks and opportunities and develop realistic, scalable targets.
We identify missing data points and establish the processes needed to collect them.
We calculate Scope 1 and 2 emissions and, where appropriate, Scope 3 emissions, and report any internal carbon pricing.
We develop the complete TSRS report, from initial content to an assurance-ready publication.
